Our purpose is to encourage and inspire others through podcasts, testimonies and life lessons so that lives may be touched by the faith, love and hope that God has placed within each of us to make a difference.
About Your Hosts
The Cavinder’s are the founders of Life by Design Inc, a non-profit organization and Giving Voice to Vision focused on encouraging, equipping developing leaders, individuals and marketplace ministries to reach their full potential.
Bob and Michelle’s years of training and equipping men and women at the Crystal Cathedral has helped them to develop the techniques necessary to encourage people to make the jump from knowledge – gaining new information, to wisdom – applying that knowledge correctly. This skill helps people make changes that last longer and makes a substantial difference in individuals and organizations.
Life by Design Ministry
Life by Design is a nonprofit organization located in Southern California with the mission of providing strategic resources, on personal leadership and servant leadership for individuals and organizations based on biblical principles.
If you experience a Life by Design event, chances are you will be encouraged and equipped to understand servant leadership and to discover your God-given and personal purpose. Our workshops and Mastermind groups are interactive, and we facilitate a personalized group coaching process that provides ideas, stories and self-assessment tools to help people make God the center point for their leadership and life.
